~ Funfetti Cake Cheese Ball ~

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups funfetti cake mix, dry
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup rainbow jimmies (sprinkles)
Vanilla Wafers, graham crackers, fruit, or other cookies for dipping

1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until combined. Then add in the Funfetti cake mix, sugar, and powdered sugar and beat until combined.

2. Place the mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap. Bring up all the corners of the plastic wrap and wrap into a ball. Freeze the ball for about 1 1/2 hours or until it is firm enough to keep its shape.

3. Place the rainbow jimmies on a flat plate and roll the unwrapped cheese ball in the jimmies. Make sure to press the jimmies into the cheese ball until it is fully covered.

4. Place the ball on a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze the cheese ball for another 2 hours or overnight. If frozen overnight, thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving. Serve with Vanilla Wafers, graham crackers, fruit, or other cookies.

ALTERNATIVE to ICING

When you must have frosting but want a better alternative! Don't forget to SHARE this!  Great icing!!

All you do is mix one instant vanilla pudding packet (or whatever flavor you would like) with half of the milk called for on the package.

Whisk until it begins to thicken.

Then fold in 1 8 oz container of Cool Whip.

A great frosting ....spread on cakes and piped onto cupcakes, a tasty filling in crepes or on waffles along with some fruit...way less sugar too!

1-2-3 Cake...  I love this idea!!!

You need two boxes of cake mix. One can be any flavor you prefer, but the other MUST be Angel Food cake mix. Mix them together (shake them in a big bowl). Then simply store the mixture in an airtight container until you get the urge for dessert. Then just put three Tbsp. of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in 2 Tbsp of water. Microwave it for one minute and you will have a single serving of cake! Top with fruit, ice cream, whipped cream or whatever! Awesome for those of us who want something sweet every now and then without making an entire cake!!

Berries and Cream:   frozen mixed berries, a tub of Cool Whip, a container of yogurt, and cheesecake pudding mix. Mix together and chill before serving… this stuff is so simple and yummy it should be illegal.

You're going to just DIE over this recipe!

2 SIMPLE ingredients: 1 can of apple pie filling and 1 box of dry angel food cake mix.....that's it!

Mix the 2 ingredients together, pour in a greased 9x13 pan or dish and bake for about 20 minutes at 350. People....it can't get ANY easier than this!

A dollop or 3 of ice cream finishes it off perfectly!
